Pre-order is available in qvc.com from 19. February, and you can purcahse in Dell.com from 26.February.
mini10 is a 10.1 inch netbook and it have more functions than mini9 in many ways.
Especially, keyboard is designed normal keyboard 's 92% size.
so it is more comfortable.
